We are currently looking for a Logistics Operative to join our team working for a better future. The preferred location for this position is Havant, UK.

Work Hours

08:30 – 16:30 Monday – Thursday (30-minute break)
08:30 – 15:30 Friday (30-minute break)

What You Will Be Doing

As Logistics Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Checking complete orders for accuracy against parts list or drawings, labelling, and following packing procedures for dispatch.
• Collaborating with other areas of operations based on business demand.
• Operating forklifts (training provided if needed).
• Lifting and packing, including using slings or stackers (training provided).
• Communicating with logistics teams to ensure proactive actions to meet OTIF.
• Participating in continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
• Adhering to health and safety procedures to ensure safe work practices.
• Working across logistics teams based on business priorities.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing environments is desirable but not essential.
• Understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and understand drawings (training provided).
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Flexibility to work across logistics teams.
• Ability to handle fragile and expensive parts carefully.
• Experience with a range of packing tasks from light to heavy items.
• Willingness to take on additional duties as needed.
