You will maintain records, adhere to audit and safety requirements, and provide excellent customer service to colleagues and suppliers. A full, clean UK driving licence is required, and SC clearance may be needed for certain duties.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence is required.
• Experience in logistics, distribution, facilities management or customer-facing operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work safely and follow health and safety procedures.
• Willingness to work across multiple sites and support moves or projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, distribution, storage and disposal of parcels and goods across Swanwick site.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and stored items for audit and compliance.
• Safely operate logistics equipment and vehicles following training.
• Support workplace projects and housekeeping across sites.
• Provide excellent customer service to colleagues, suppliers and service providers.
