SIG plc is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our branch network in the UK. You will ensure efficient receiving, storage, picking and loading of stock while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.

Key responsibilities include unloading deliveries, storing goods, preparing orders and maintaining stock records. The role emphasises teamwork, safety, and flexible support for stocktaking and overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• Experience in a warehouse/yard environment is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Assist with deliveries, unloading and loading of goods.
• Receive and store goods in the correct locations.
• Prepare customer orders and load onto vehicles.
• Sign for deliveries, report stock discrepancies and maintain records.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.
• Carry out daily checks and maintain equipment in safe condition.
• Promote a safety-first culture among colleagues.
• Support stocktaking and overtime as required.
