Job summary

Leonardo UK Ltd in the UK is seeking a Logistics Operative to join the Stores Team. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and processing materials for internal and external customers with a strong emphasis on safety, quality and inventory accuracy.

No prior experience required as a robust training plan will guide you through all aspects of the role. You will support goods receipt, put-away, and continuous improvement initiatives in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• SAP Experience.
• Stores/Logistics experience.
• High level of drive and commitment.
• Notices when something's off and thinks ahead.
• Double-checks work and follows through.

Responsibilities

• Picking stock, materials and components using pick lists, scanners or WMS.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, serial numbers and batch info before dispatch.
• Pack items securely to prevent damage during transport.
• Maintain stock accuracy and participate in cycle counts and stock checks.
• Report discrepancies and ensure proper stock locations.
• Assist with goods receipt, unloading and put-away activities.
• Operate warehouse equipment as trained and authorised.
• Maintain clean, safe and organised working areas.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
