Flexibility, initiative and a calm manner under pressure will be important, as will a commitment to Wellington’s values of kindness, respect, courage, integrity and responsibility. This is an excellent opportunity to play an important behind-the-scenes role in a thriving College community, delivering the practical support that enables its people and spaces to flourish.

Joining a school community brings a strong sense of purpose and connection. At Wellington, you will have access to training and development that supports your professional growth, while working with colleagues who take pride in delivering excellent service across our campus.
