Job summary

Qualifications

• CITB HSE Test at Manager/Professional standard.
• Valid Driving Licence is required.
• SMSTS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate traffic management operations site-wide.
• Monitor throughput against construction schedule and KPIs.
• Supervise the IDP A team and ensure safe, efficient daily activities.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver safety briefings and maintain reporting procedures.
• Support recruitment, resource allocation and workforce planning.
