Job summary

IMPACT EVOLVE is recruiting for an Inventory Co-ordinator to support Hawkstone, a fast-growing premium beer and cider brand in the UK. You will manage stock receipts, movements and reconciliations across multiple sites, ensuring records align with physical stock.

Working with supply chain, logistics, finance, production partners, suppliers and site teams, you will investigate discrepancies, drive process improvements and maintain clear action logs until issues are resolved.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, stock control, warehouse administration or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of goods receipt, stock movement and reconciliation.
• Confident working with inventory/ERP systems and maintaining accurate transaction records.
• High attention to detail and accuracy with product codes, batches and locations.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple open transactions and deadlines.
• Clear communication and problem solving across internal teams, suppliers and logistics partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage goods in, inventory receipts and system bookings across multiple sites.
• Process and control internal transfers, inter-site movements and stock adjustments.
• Coordinate stock counts across sites and maintain action logs until issues are closed.
• Investigate stock discrepancies, delivery issues and erroneous movements; identify root causes.
• Maintain stock records for Hawkstone or partner locations and resolve unprocessed transactions.
• Manage returns, damaged, rejected and quarantined stock through to write-off or disposal.
• Review and close purchase orders, transfers and inventory records after checks are complete.
• Prepare regular reporting on stock accuracy, reconciliations and discrepancies.
