Logistics Operations Coordinator - Grenade

This role plays a central part in driving daily operational performance across Grenade’s third-party logistics (3PL) partners, with a specific focus on inbound execution, warehousing coordination, outbound planning, and repack operations. You will act as the point of control for system errors, operational communication, and logistical readiness. Close collaboration with the Inventory team is essential to maintain seamless supply chain flow.

How You Will Contribute

  • Monitor and resolve NAV/ERP errors across all inbound, outbound, and warehousing activity.
  • Assign and flag emails within LogOps shared mailboxes, ensuring timely response.

Warehousing & Distribution

  • Lead the weekly pallet capacity reviews for all 3PLs to support demand planning and space optimisation.
  • Produce and distribute outbound volume forecasts to 3PLs with sufficient lead time and raise and track stock transfer requests across 3PLs.
  • Review and follow up on all pending transfer orders and warehouse receipts to ensure operational continuity.
  • Coordinate with Planning to ensure SKU setup validation is completed for seamless integration into production scheduling.

Repack Operations

  • Raise all repack jobs and maintain active trackers with 3PLs (Nabuurs / DCS / IPS).
  • Track and reconcile all open repack tasks weekly, flagging discrepancies or delays with Planning and 3PL contacts.
  • Liase with suppliers to plan inbound deliveries, book transport, and ensure all warehouse receipt creation meets the 24-hour SLA prior to physical delivery.
  • Support the generation of 3PL inbound reports on a monthly and quarterly basis for service review.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Inventory team to ensure handoffs between inbound and stock availability are tightly managed.
  • Liaise with Planning, Customer Service, and 3PLs to align on priorities, stock movements, and repack/rework requirements.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience in FMCG logistics, 3PL coordination, or order execution roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. NAV) and operational reporting tools.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of shared trackers and forecasting templates.
  • Clear communicator, capable of working with external suppliers and internal departments.
  • Solution- focused, with a proactive approach to resolving live issues across the chain.
