Job summary

Source 4 is seeking a proactive Client Services Coordinator to join our established international courier company in Chessington.

In this permanent, full-time role you will monitor drivers, liaise with customer service teams, track shipments, and prepare operational reports while ensuring accurate records. The shift pattern is 6:00am-2:00pm and 1:00pm-9:00pm on a rotational basis, with Saturday overtime. Salary is £30K-£33K DOE.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics or operations preferred.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage drivers during daily operations.
• Liaise with customer service teams to provide excellent service.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments and deliveries.
• Use Verizon tracking systems to monitor vehicles and driver activity.
• Manage operational issues including delays and rescheduling.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain records.
• Support driver management and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with UK stations and international partners.
• Undertake ad-hoc driving duties when required.
