Responsibilities

• Plan inbound and outbound shipments across ENA and globally.
• Manage operational and customer service responsibilities for LLP services for BAT.
• Develop knowledge of customer's business to optimise distribution networks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to raise service levels and reduce costs.
• Analyse management reports and KPI performance for service suppliers.
• Coordinate with customer, carriers, and DHL colleagues to deliver tasks.
