Job summary

NWSSP in Wales is seeking a Materials Management professional to support the rollout of the Supply X Stock Management System and Scan for Safety across Health Board sites. The role involves stock reviews, data collection, labelling and maintaining system records to ensure accurate inventory management.

You will work under the Logistics & Materials Management team, liaising with colleagues and suppliers, with a focus on policy compliance and effective escalation of issues.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate Literacy / numeracy.
• Working Knowledge of systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stock reviews, stock counts, data collection, stock labelling, system data entry and record maintenance to support inventory management implementation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records across multiple computer systems and assist with data collection and reporting in line with procedures.
• Provide practical support to rollout activities across Health Board sites and communicate effectively with colleagues, suppliers, clinical and non-clinical staff.
