Elis is recruiting an enthusiastic Logistics Manager to lead our Logistics Department and drive OTIF performance for customers through a professional driver team. You will manage compliance, safety and continuous improvement initiatives across planning, operations and finance.

With responsibility for budgets, route profitability and driver development, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimise processes and service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a logistics department and delivering OTIF service.
• Strong budgeting, cost control and route profitability focus.
• Proven leadership in a service-led logistics team.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Logistics Department to deliver OTIF service.
• Ensure compliance with licences, site and legal requirements.
• Develop budgets and monitor variances, optimise routes.
