Job summary

AJM Healthcare in Barking (England) is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring excellent NHS wheelchair user service while meeting performance measures.

You will manage a team of Workshop Technicians, Stores Operatives and Mobile Engineers, coordinating with clinical and customer service teams to maintain stock integrity and service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of workshop technicians and stores operatives.
• Strong stock management and KPI delivery experience.
• Ability to coordinate with clinical and customer service teams.
• Experience in regulated environments and DBS checks.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, motivate and monitor team performance on 1-2-1 basis.
• Ensure policy adherence and regular health and safety checks.
• Liaise with departments and key stakeholders within the service centre.
• Oversee end-to-end stock control and warehouse efficiency.
• Support the Service Operations Manager with KPI delivery and SLAs.
