We are currently looking for an Inbound Logistics Manager

The Logistics Manager will develop systems and processes to support our growth, managing logistics, procurement, supplier relationships, inventory, and the entire supply chain, including inbound logistics and third-party warehousing.

The role involves managing the supply chain for raw materials and finished goods, ensuring efficient planning and resource use, and aligning logistics activities with business strategies to deliver top operational performance.

Main objectives of the role

Ensure cost-effective, efficient, and uninterrupted stock supply to meet customer demands. Key duties include:

  1. Supporting operational performance and capability improvements.
  2. Building strong relationships with internal teams and third-party providers.
  3. Managing and developing a logistics team.
  4. Providing clear direction and mentoring for the warehouse and logistics teams.
  5. Identifying skills gaps and implementing solutions.
  6. Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business goals.
  7. Managing supplier and distributor relationships.
  8. Preparing reports and KPIs.
  9. Researching and recommending best practices.
  10. Monitoring warehousing systems and identifying improvements.
  11. Implementing warehouse management systems ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
  12. Ensuring logistics services meet market and customer expectations.
