Job summary

Unipart Manufacturing, part of Unipart Group, is launching a flagship, fast-paced site in Coventry. We are seeking a high-calibre Logistics Manager to architect and manage end-to-end site supply chain operations, reporting to the General Manager.

You will implement inbound/outbound logistics, pull systems and robust material control in a demanding manufacturing environment. You will lead lean deployment, drive inventory accuracy, cost optimisation and scalable processes while embedding Unipart

Qualifications

Logistics leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing.
Lean pull systems implementation and sustainment.
Strong command of production planning and material control.
Experience leading logistics projects and teams.
Strategic mindset to scale a site operation.

Responsibilities

Oversee inbound logistics, production planning, material expediting, and outbound shipping.
Implement and sustain Lean pull systems and line-side replenishment.
Drive inventory accuracy, turns, and cost estimations for scale-up milestones.
Embed Unipart Way tools, standardised work, and continuous improvement.
Maintain SHE standards across all warehouse and material handling environments.
Shape processes and priorities as the project evolves.
