Purpose of the job

Working with the Logistics Director and HH Global account team to deliver logistical operations for a major global client across multiple continents.

The role involves managing day-to-day operational planning and performance of global campaign logistics, focusing on planning, risk mitigation, sustainability, and operational excellence. It is vital for operational delivery and strategic focus through logistics, unlocking commercial value and efficiency for the client.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze and improve productivity, quality, and customer-service standards for the logistics function for the client team.
2. Manage product handling and logistics requirements, including implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures.
3. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures in compliance with legal regulations, KPIs, and ISO requirements.
4. Participate in team meetings to report on Client SLAs & KPIs.
5. Collaborate with logistics providers to plan and execute campaigns.
6. Perform annual forecasting for logistics expenditures to drive cost and carbon reductions through proactive and alternative solutions, ensuring SLAs are maintained.
7. Contribute to strategic planning and review, providing regular financial and KPI reporting updates.
