About Joloda Hydraroll

Joloda Hydraroll design and manufacture loading systems that get goods on and off trucks and trailers faster. They've been doing it for over 60 years, with more than 500,000 systems installed and around 85% of output exported. Customers include Amazon, DHL and Nestl??.

What used to be a simpler product range now runs to thousands of parts, feeding a much more complex production operation across the Liverpool and Anglesey sites.

  • Build and run kitting and line-side logistics so production never waits
  • Manage inventory and stock takes across both sites to KPI targets
  • Plan and manage despatch: shipment method, packaging, utilisation and OTIF
  • Work with procurement and suppliers to schedule deliveries and cut freight costs
  • Analyse logistics data and report to support operational decisions
  • Lead, mentor and develop the logistics team
