Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Warehouse & FLT Key Operative to support and train in a variety of warehouse tasks. You will handle goods, pick stock, replenish, and load despatch items, while following food safety and health policies to keep products in top condition for customers.

Role involves safe operation of a forklift, team-based work, and a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Weekend shifts are included, and having your own transport is advantageous due to site location.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good level of fitness for active warehousing tasks.
• Able to work in environments with varying temperatures, noise or dust.
• Takes pride in completing tasks to a high standard.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Bring products in, pick stock, replenish and put away goods.
• Drive a forklift truck and load stock for despatch.
• Work safely with food and health and safety policies in mind to ensure products arrive in best condition.

More about the role

As a Warehouse & FLT Key Operative you'll be absolutely critical to the operation! You'll be supported and trained up to do a variety of warehouse tasks, such as bringing products in, picking stock, replenishing and putting away goods, driving a forklift truck and loading stock for despatch.

You'll work safely and carefully, with food and health and safety policies in mind every day, so that our products are looked after and arrive in the best condition at the store ready for our customers.

Please note that:

• All rotas include an element of weekend working
• Having your own transport would be advantageous due to shift times and location of site
