Job summary

Pertemps Basingstoke is recruiting for a Helpdesk/Customer Service Administrator to join a leading Logistics company at their Chineham head office, Basingstoke. This temporary ongoing role offers regular shift patterns and immediate start for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include answering calls and emails, logging queries on the CRM, investigating discrepancies, producing KPI trackers, and maintaining relationships with depots and customers. Temp to perm prospects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer facing role.
• Confident speaking over the phone.
• Analytical working approach.
• Experience and knowledge of Microsoft packages.

Customer Service Administrator

Pertemps are currently recruiting for numerous Helpdesk / Customer Service Administrators to join a leading Logistics company in their Head office based in Chineham, Basingstoke. This is a temporary ongoing position.

we have a number of shifts available:

Tuesday to Saturday: 13:30-22:00

Sunday to Thursday: 13:30-22:00

Responsibilities as a Helpdesk / Customer Service Administrator:

Answering telephone calls and emails

Logging queries on the companies CRM system

Dealing with any live issues and investigating discrepancies

Completing KPI trackers and performance reports

Collate information and update business system

Chase internal teams to find query resolutions

Building and maintaining solid relationships with depots and customers

Requirements for this position:

Previous experience in a customer facing role

Confident speaking over the phone

Analytical working approach

Experience and knowledge of Microsoft packages

The Role:

£12.71per hour

Temp to permanent position
