Job summary

Pertemps Warrington is recruiting Logistics / FLT Operatives to support a busy manufacturing operation in Warrington. Immediate starts and ongoing temporary work are available, with full site training provided.

Typical duties include loading and unloading, moving stock, high-bay storage, supplying production lines, and completing warehouse transactions using SAP and handheld systems in a fast-paced environment. Licences such as Counterbalance FLT or Reach Truck are preferred.

Qualifications

• Recent, hands-on FLT operating experience within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Good IT and numeracy skills.
• A strong awareness of health and safety.
• A reliable, positive and flexible approach to work.
• Recently expired or inhouse licences also considered.

Pay Rates

• GBP15.06 per hour (Days) increasing up to Up to GBP18.36 per hour (Shift Allowance)
• Pay increases to parity rates after 12 weeks

Duties of the successful Logistics / FLT Operative

• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
• Moving stock and materials throughout the site
• High-bay storage and stock put-away
• Supplying production lines with materials
• Completing warehouse transactions using SAP and handheld systems
• Working safely within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Shift Pattern

• 6:00am - 2:00pm
• 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• 10:00pm - 6:00am

What We're Looking For

• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence (preferred) or a Reach Truck licence
• Recent, hands-on FLT operating experience within a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Good IT and numeracy skills
• A strong awareness of health and safety
• A reliable, positive and flexible approach to work
• Recently expired or inhouse licences also considered
