Job summary

British Pepper & Spice Co Ltd in Belfast, Northern Ireland, seeks a 3PL Logistics Support Executive to coordinate third-party logistics, ensure stock accuracy, and fulfil customer orders with warehouses, hauliers and internal teams.

You will monitor performance, drive improvements, manage reporting and invoicing, and provide clear communication to stakeholders. SAP experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across three 3PL warehouse providers to meet SLAs.
• Monitor stock receipting and order dispatch within agreed timelines.
• Chase and resolve outstanding orders until closed.
• Collaborate with warehouses, hauliers, customers and internal teams to optimise performance.
• Produce daily, weekly and ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage invoicing processes for dispatched orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Resolve operational queries with clear communication and updates.
• Build strong relationships with 3PL partners and service providers.
• Provide professional customer service via email, phone and Teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support supply chain continuity across multiple stakeholders.

Are you a Logistics professional with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills? Our Logistics team is looking for a 3PL Logistics Support Executive to join the team!

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating third-party logistics operations to ensure the efficient movement of goods, inventory accuracy and customer order fulfilment. Working closely with warehouses, hauliers, customers and internal teams, the role monitors operational performance, manages reporting and invoicing activities, resolves issues and helps drive continuous improvement while ensuring service level agreements are achieved.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee day-to-day operations across three third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse providers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved.
• Monitor the receipting of stock and dispatch of customer orders, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Proactively track, chase, and resolve outstanding orders until successfully received and closed.
• Liaise closely with warehouses, haulage providers, supply planners, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the efficient flow of stock and optimise operational performance.
• Produce and distribute detailed daily, weekly, and ad hoc reports for internal departments and external customers.
• Manage invoicing processes for customer orders dispatched from warehouse locations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Investigate, manage, and resolve operational queries, providing clear communication and timely updates to all stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners, customers, and service providers to drive collaboration and deliver results.
• Provide professional customer service through email, telephone, and Microsoft Teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service performance.
• Support supply chain continuity by coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and ensuring customer requirements are met.

Who we are looking for

• GCSE Maths and English grade A-C or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or customer service.
• Practised ability to complete tasks quickly, including the capability to multi-task.
• Ability to evaluate and resolve problems.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within the supply chain network.
• Previous experience with SAP.
• Proven track record of building relationships with key business partners.
