Arnold Clark is seeking a Logistics Development Coach to oversee the learner journey from induction to end-point assessment. You will coach in both classroom and workplace settings, ensuring training aligns with individual learning plans and standards.
You will act as the main contact for learners, mentors and employers, delivering coaching and IAG to meet needs and supporting mentors to deliver appropriate training throughout the programme.
Full time: Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm
Home based with travel when required
As a Logistics Development Coach, you will be responsible for the management of the learner's journey from induction to end-point assessment, making sure that all training is completed to a high level and in line with individual learning plans. This will include classroom and one-to-one coaching in the apprentice's workplace.
This customer-facing role will be a great fit for someone with a passion for developing others. If you have outstanding communication and administrative skills with a desire to share your knowledge and experience within the logistics sector, this is the role for you.
