Job summary

DP World UK is recruiting a Product Delivery Team Officer to learn and support Supply Chain services, plan and deliver rail, haulage and storage activities, and help grow the interport rail corridor between Southampton and London Gateway.

You will build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, manage storage and haulage plans, provide quick quotes, and stay updated on port systems and operations with a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English are required or preferred.
• A-Levels are preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support DP World UK Supply Chain services.
• Plan and deliver new and existing services like rail, haulage, and storage.
• Focus on growing the interport rail service (Southampton–London Gateway).
• Manage customer storage and external haulage plans.
• Provide quick quotes and updates for haulage.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Use port systems and stay updated on operations.
• Track costs, revenue, and provide monthly reports.
• Solve operational issues with a proactive mindset.
