Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions in the UK is seeking a Logistics Coordinator - Manufacturing to manage purchase orders, coordinate inbound shipments, and maintain ERP records. Based in Rotherham, you will help keep materials moving and drive supply chain efficiency.

You will work with UK and international suppliers, prepare shipping and customs documentation, and use Opera ERP and Excel to keep data accurate and flag production delays. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–5:00.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics in manufacturing or import/export.
• Proficient in ERP systems (Opera preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Logistics management: purchase orders and supplier relationships (UK and international).
• Coordinate inbound shipments, freight forwarders, and clearing agents.
• Prepare and check shipping and customs documentation.
• Keep ERP systems accurate and proactively flag production delays.
• Drive process improvements to boost supply chain efficiency.

The Role:
