Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Horsham is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented logistics assistant for an on-site 12-month contract. The role covers import/export operations, data entry into the courier ERP, and maintaining GMP-compliant documentation.

Core hours are 8:30–17:00, with an early shift 6:00–14:30 offering a 10% shift allowance. You will coordinate with internal departments and external couriers, ensure regulatory filing, and support continuous process improvements while meeting SLAs.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail required.
• Experience with Excel/Word and automated equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Import & Export Operations: review documentation and raise paperwork for exports.
• Enter shipment details into the ERP system accurately.
• Maintain GMP-compliant paperwork and support cross-functional teams.
