Self-portrait is part of the newly formed SP Collection, established to discover, nurture, and develop top-tier creativity and design. Roland Mouret joined the group in 2021.

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the Self Portrait team. The role primarily involves managing the shipping of wholesale orders across all territories, with a focus on analytics and reporting.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Analyze data and report departmental information to management and team
2. Supervise, assist, and motivate team members to foster growth and performance
3. Identify opportunities to optimize logistical processes
4. Support outbound shipments and review shipping documentation required by customers and suppliers
5. Manage and monitor customer shipping information in shipment schedules and Zedonk
6. Monitor warehouse performance to ensure SLA compliance
7. Coordinate stock swaps, re-orders, and return shipments
8. Collaborate with the finance department on debit note approval and credit note creation
9. Monitor outstanding wholesale order payments and update management
10. Record and report logistics issues for management review at season end
11. Oversee inbound production shipments into US, UK, HK, and Belgium warehouses
12. Work with sales team to ensure smooth logistics operations
13. Coordinate with design and technical teams to ensure collection data entry into Zedonk
14. Review faulty claims in accordance with company policies and guidelines

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

1. At least 2-3 years of relevant or similar role experience
2. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
3. Ability to plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
4. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as Zedonk
5. Stock management skills with analytical and reporting background
6. Extensive logistical knowledge with international market experience
7. Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
8. Experience in team management or supervision is a bonus
