Job summary

Adlib Audio Limited in Knowsley, near Liverpool, is seeking an organised Logistics Coordinator to coordinate the delivery of live events.

You will work with Client Account and Assets Management teams, use TeamTrack to schedule timings, staffing, vehicle allocation, and travel needs, and manage fleets and bookings. The role is based at HQ with standard hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on approach to problem solving and communication, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with transport planning and understanding UK road haulage legislation.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to respond quickly to changes of plan in a busy environment.
• Comfortable working in a busy, open-plan office.
• Experience arranging business travel (accommodation, trains, flights, car hire).
• Previous experience in the Events Industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistical delivery for live events with accuracy and timeliness.
• Plan trucking movements with Client Account and Assets Management teams.
• Use TeamTrack to schedule timings, staffing, vehicle allocation, and hotel/transport needs.
• Manage vehicle fleet and driver schedules, ensuring compliance and clear communication.
• Allocate trucking from external providers and negotiate pricing.
• Book couriers, hotels, trains, flights, and ferries.
• Build strong cross-team relationships for smooth information flow.

We are now seeking an organised and experiencedLogistics Coordinatorto join our vibrant andpassionate team to assist with maintaining and evolving Adlib’s vision.

What’sthe role?

We’relooking for someone witha high levelof accuracy, thoroughness and problem-solvingskills tocoordinate logistical delivery of our live music, comedy, theatre and corporate events.You will:

• Work alongside our Client Account and Assets Management teams to plan trucking and logisticalmovements, balancing effectiveness, budgets, swift communication, and accuracy.
• UseTeamTrack, ourcloud-basedmanagement system, toschedule timings, staffing requirements, vehicleallocation, accommodation and other logistical changes.
• Manage the schedules of our vehicle fleet and drivers, ensuring legal compliance and all plans/changes are communicated effectively and correctly.
• Allocate and manage trucking from external providers, building relationships and negotiating pricing.
• Book couriers (same-day and overnight), as well as hotels, trains,flightsand ferries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships withallteamsacross the business to ensure a clear flow of information.

You’ll be based in our HQinKnowsley, near Liverpool.

What we're looking for in a candidate?

• A hands-on approach to problem solving and communication, with advanced levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience of transport planning and understanding of UK road haulage legislation

• Ability to respond positively and quickly to changes of plan
• Must be comfortable working in a busy, open-plan office environment
• Experience of arranging travel in a business capacity (accomodation, trains, flights, car hire etc.)
• Previous experience in the Events Industry

What else do I need to know?

Reports to: Head of Logistics

Standard working pattern: Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 17:30

Holiday: 25 days per year plus bank holidays, with up to 5 additional days available for long service after 5 years’ employment.
