Job summary

ILG is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to be the trusted day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, delivering outstanding support and seamless service. This role centres on building strong client relationships and coordinating with internal teams to meet high standards.

You will resolve issues, support service reviews and help improve performance while potentially travelling to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Proactive, solution-focused approach to resolving issues.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries and day-to-day support.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and become their go-to contact.
• Resolve operational issues and keep clients informed throughout.
• Work closely with warehouse teams, carriers and internal departments to deliver excellent service.
• Support customer calls, meetings and service reviews.
• Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator to become the trusted day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive outstanding support, proactive communication and a seamless service experience. This is not a traditional logistics role. It's a customer-focused position where you'll build strong client relationships, solve problems, coordinate with internal teams and play a key role in delivering exceptional service.

What you'll be doing

• Acting as the main point of contact for client enquiries and day-to-day support


• Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and becoming their go-to contact

• Experience in customer service, client services, account coordination, logistics or another customer-facing role would be advantageous


• A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport, as occasional travel to customer sites and other company locations will be required
