Job summary

ILG is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead diverse projects across its fast-paced logistics business. You will drive delivery from concept to completion, coordinating across departments to improve systems, processes and operational performance.

The role offers autonomy and exposure to senior stakeholders, with a mix of on-site and hybrid work and travel to company sites as required.

Can you hit the ground running? We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a wide range of exciting and varied projects across our fast-paced, growing logistics business.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who can drive change, engage stakeholders and successfully deliver projects that improve systems, processes and operational performance.

You’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, working with teams across the business to ensure successful delivery. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a role offering variety, autonomy and exposure to senior stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Proven project management experience, preferably within logistics, supply chain, operations or a fast-paced commercial environment
• A track record of successfully delivering multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Experience leading business change, process improvement or systems implementation projects
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, hands‑on approach and the ability to adapt to changing business priorities
• Willingness to travel to company sites as required to support project delivery and live within reasonable commuting distance of an ILG location
