The Role

As a Logistics Co-ordinator, you will play an essential role in supporting supply chain operations - overseeing shipments, tracking deliveries, and providing vital administrative support. This is an excellent fit for someone with previous logistics experience who’s eager to continue growing their expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and waybills.
• Track shipment statuses and maintain clear, proactive communication with internal teams and customers.
• Coordinate effectively with the logistics team to ensure smooth processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Work closely with service providers and freight forwarders to secure quotes, negotiate rates, and monitor progress.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across internal teams, clients, and external partners.

About You

• Previous experience in a logistics environment.
• Solid understanding of courier and freight processes.
• Familiarity with customs procedures is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus, but not essential.
