Job Title:

Logistics Coordinator

Reports to:

Supply Chain Manager

You will operate as part of the Supply Chain Team with responsibility for the effective and efficient flow of materials into and out of the company, supporting on-time delivery of projects.

What does a typical day look like?

1. Be the focal point and expertise within the business unit for all logistics requirements.
2. Create packing lists, commercial invoices, and collection manifests for shipments.
3. Communicate effectively on freight logistics movements with internal and external customers and freight providers.
4. Review export and import customs entries for accuracy and compliance, liaising with freight providers and customs for amendments if required.
5. Ensure all necessary purchase requisitions are completed and purchase orders issued to freight logistics providers in a timely manner.
6. Input and liaise with project teams to ensure all logistics requirements and potential issues are highlighted and considered early.
7. Support the wider Supply Chain Team as required.
8. Ensure quality procedures and working practices are adhered to and suggest improvements.
9. Maintain a tidy and safe working environment.
10. Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in a similar role with international freight
