Freight Personnel in the United Kingdom is seeking a Logistics Co-ordinator to join our same-day team. You will raise jobs, provide quotations, and continually check product and service availability to meet customer requests and SLA requirements.

The role runs Sunday to Thursday, 3pm–midnight, is full-time and office-based with on-site parking and a company pension. A customer-focused, proactive approach and strong MS Office skills are essential.

You will ensure that jobs are raised, quotations are provided, whilst continually checking product and service availability to meet customer requests and SLA requirements.

• Salary: £28,659.75 per year - Potential earnings up to £32,000.00.

So, what do you need?

• Excellent people skills with experience of building relationships at all levels
• Previous experience working within a Sameday Courier, Final Mile Logistics, Parcels or Pallet Distribution , Freight Forwarder or similar Transport and Logistics Company
• Ability to clearly understand instructions, action them, and know when decisions should be referred to a line manager
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to manage and co-ordinate time available for specific tasks, and monitor time inputs to complete specific tasks
• Ability to meet challenging targets and deadlines
• Willingness to be multi-skilled in other administrative disciplines across the business
• PC literate, possessing a good knowledge of MS packages i.e., Outlook, Word, and Excel
