Job summary

Sodexo Live! at the AMEX Stadium is seeking a Conference and Events Logistics Assistant to help set up and manage conference, hospitality and event spaces during matchdays and events.

You will move furniture, manage stock and support teams to uphold high standards, ensuring safety and smooth operation throughout busy days at the stadium.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within events, hospitality, logistics, catering operations or a similar environment.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
• Ability to carry out manual handling duties and move furniture and equipment safely.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude.
• Experience working as part of a team in a busy operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down conference, hospitality and event spaces for matchdays and events.
• Move and arrange furniture, equipment, signage, linen and event materials across the stadium.
• Support operational teams to ensure venues are prepared and presented to the highest standard.
• Receive and check deliveries, reporting any discrepancies where required.
• Maintain equipment stores, stock levels and storage areas in a safe and organised manner.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock takes of operational equipment and supplies.
• Support cellar operations and wider logistics activities when needed.
• Ensure all back-of-house areas remain clean, safe and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Respond quickly and professionally to changing operational requirements.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support casual team members where required.

We're looking for a proactive and hardworking Conference and Events Logistics Assistant to join our Hospitality team. What You'll Do:

What You Bring:
