Warehouse Location: Reading, Berkshire, United Kingdom RG2 0SU
Expected Working Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm daily
On-Site Working Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Work from Home Days: Monday, Friday

Job DescriptionAre you ready to take on a dynamic role that combines logistics, warehouse supervision, and certification management? As the Logistics and Screen Certification Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless screen shipments, maintaining top-notch warehouse practices, and driving certification processes. This role offers the perfect blend of strategic oversight and hands-on involvement, making every day an exciting challenge. Responsibilities

Screen Logistics

  • Monitor, track, validate & process Screen Sales Orders: Ensure orders are processed through to the warehouse for picking and shipping.
  • Organise shipment of Screens: Directly arrange shipments to customers using preferred couriers.
  • Track shipments and confirm receipt: Ensure deliveries are received and resolve any delivery issues.
  • Update Company systems: Daily updates on JIRA, Salesforce with picking, shipping, tracking, and POD information.
  • Manage returns and deliveries: Handle the return of new screens into the warehouse and delivery of new screens and accessories from suppliers.
  • Move Screens and Accessories: Transfer items to international sub-warehouses.

Warehouse Supervision

  • On-site presence: Ensure processes are followed effectively, with a minimum of 3 days per week on-site.
  • Weekly stock checks: Conduct and communicate stock checks with Finance.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure shipments are appropriately boxed and documented for a positive customer experience.
  • Meetings with Logistics and Courier Partners: Conduct weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Performance review: Monthly review of logistics and courier partners.
  • Invoice validation: Monitor and validate logistics and courier invoices.
  • Collaborative work: Supportive and collaborative work with logistics partners and Eptura supply chain colleagues.

Screen Certification

  • Manage Screen Certification: Ensure certification is orderly and well-defined.
  • Certification updates: Keep certification up to date and provide monthly/annual status and renewal programs.
  • Project management: Manage new technical and country/region requirements.
  • Highlight challenges: Identify challenges that may prevent screen shipments.
  • Prime contact: Act as the main contact with the nominated certification partner.
  • Support Certification Process: Ensure Active PCB is fully informed and supportive of the certification process/program.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Holiday/absence cover: Provide cover for support shipments, collections, and export regulations.

About You

  • Experience: Previous experience in a supply chain environment, system administrator, or similar role.
  • Customer management: Ability to manage challenges with external customers face-to-face, via phone, or remotely.
  • Results-focused: Flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Passionate about working closely with stakeholders and delivering success.
  • Personable presence: Strive to achieve long-term relationships with customers.
  • MS Office skills: Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and efficient organization of day-to-day work and communication.
  • Work ethic: Hardworking, reliable, responsible, proactive, and able to work alone and execute instructions.
  • Organizational skills: Good organizational and time management skills with a proactive nature.
