Logistics Analyst

Location: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-1

Contract: Long-term temporary position

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to join a busy team based in Leamington Spa. This is a long-term temporary opportunity for an organised individual with strong analytical, administrative and problem-solving skills who can support the smooth and efficient running of logistics and supply chain operations.

The successful candidate will assist with monitoring logistics performance, analysing operational data, coordinating deliveries and maintaining accurate records to ensure the efficient movement of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse logistics and supply chain data to identify trends, discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor deliveries, shipments and transport schedules to ensure timely and efficient operations.
• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets and performance statistics.
• Track stock movements, inventory levels and delivery performance.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, warehouses and transport providers.
• Investigate delivery delays, stock discrepancies and logistical issues, helping to implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records across logistics and inventory management systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure all relevant logistics documentation is completed accurately and on time.
