You will handle inbound/outbound communications, assist with receiving and checking deliveries, maintain records, and work with drivers and customers to meet targets while prioritizing safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate picking, packing, and documentation.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day movement of goods in line with operational requirements.
• Inbound and Outbound call to and from customers.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and processing deliveries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain clear records.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily targets and service expectations.
• Escalate issues promptly to the appropriate person to prevent delays or errors.
