Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics (or transferable).
• Strong attention to detail for picking, packing, and documentation.
• Good numeracy and literacy for stock records and labels.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Understanding of stock control and goods-in/out processes.
• Physically active role with safe lifting and moving goods.
• Reliable with good timekeeping to meet deadlines.
• Health and safety aware in warehouse environments.
• Experience with handheld devices or warehouse systems preferred.
• Counterbalance forklift licence advantageous if site requires.

Responsibilities

• Support daily movement of goods per schedules.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and processing deliveries.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch with accurate labels.
• Maintain clear stock movement records.
• Contribute to safe warehouse operations following procedures.
• Keep work areas organised and compliant with site standards.
• Support stock control including basic cycle counts.
• Escalate discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet service levels.
