Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our Warehouse Operations team. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, provide excellent customer service, and ensure compliant daily logistics processes.

You will work with internal departments, hauliers, suppliers, and customers to resolve queries, maintain data integrity, and support seamless supply chain workflows across our global operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse administration, or supply chain environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT software and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent time management and proactive problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound shipments and order processing; maintain logistics documentation.
• Coordinate with hauliers, suppliers and customers; provide excellent service and resolve queries.
• Update warehouse databases and generate management reports; ensure safety and policy compliance.
