Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our Warehouse Operations team in the UK. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, maintain data integrity, and provide excellent customer service to support global logistics needs.

Join a collaborative team with a focus on compliant daily processes, documentation accuracy, and cross-functional coordination. Flexibility across 7 days and a Monday–Sunday window is required due to business needs.

Qualifications

• Established experience in logistics, warehouse administration or supply chain environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT software and contemporary warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and ensure accurate order processing.
• Maintain logistics documentation and data integrity to support operations.
• Liaise with internal departments, hauliers, suppliers and customers to resolve queries.
