Job description

Kinetic PLC are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Administrator to join the logistics team at a new advanced manufacturing facility, based within the Deeside area, CH5.

As our client expands with a new state-of-the-art facility, we are seeking a dedicated Logistics Administrator to join the team. This role is critical in carrying out administrative duties covering for areas such as, Production Planning, Purchasing and Transport.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES and ACTIVITIES
Generate regular reports on planning performance, highlighting deviations from schedules and recommending corrective actions.
Create, track, and monitor purchase orders, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving any issues that arise in the procurement process.
Work closely with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
Work closely with the warehouse, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure seamless coordination across departments.
Create Tours for all finished goods loading's out
Assist the logistics team with administrative tasks such as filing, email correspondence, and maintaining daily logs.
Provide holiday cover for Planning, Purchasing and Transport areas.

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
A Level equivalent

SKILLS:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary: 25,000 per annum.
