• Oversee warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, picking & packing, and materials handling to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to optimize freight costs, delivery times, and service quality.
• Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements within logistics workflows.
• Support category management initiatives by analyzing supplier performance and inventory data.
• Assist in implementing process improvements that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during warehouse activities, including forklift operation and materials handling procedures.
