Job summary

Ralliant invites applications for a Logistics Administrator to support the smooth movement of goods through the supply chain. You will coordinate shipments, manage documentation, and liaise with suppliers, carriers and internal teams to ensure accurate information flow.

The role requires strong organisational skills, Excel proficiency, and experience with logistics software or ERP systems. You will contribute to KPIs, cost tracking, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily logistics operations including shipments, deliveries, collections, and returns.
  • Prepare and manage documentation such as invoices, shipping notes, customs forms, and compliance records.
  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve delays or discrepancies.
  • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to maintain accurate information flow.
  • Support procurement activities by confirming order details, delivery schedules.
  • Handle customer queries related to delivery status, product availability, and logistics issues.
  • Assist with logistics reporting, including KPIs, cost tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs

Job description

The Logistics Administrator supports the smooth and efficient movement of goods through the supply chain. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely coordination with suppliers and carriers, and effective communication across internal teams. The administrator plays a key part in maintaining operational accuracy, reducing delays, and supporting overall logistics performance.

Essential Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily logistics operations including shipments, deliveries, collections, and returns.
  • Prepare and manage documentation such as invoices, shipping notes, customs forms, and compliance records.
