Job summary

Qualitrol is seeking a Logistics Administrator to support the smooth movement of goods through the supply chain at our Belfast facility. You will prepare documentation, coordinate daily shipments, and liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and advanced Excel. Experience with ERP systems and logistics software is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Belfast, UK.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily logistics operations including shipments, deliveries, collections, and returns.
  • Prepare and manage documentation such as invoices, shipping notes, customs forms, and compliance records.
  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve delays or discrepancies.
  • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to maintain accurate information flow.
  • Assist with logistics reporting, including KPIs, cost tracking, and performance analysis.

Belfast, County Antrim, United KingdomThe Logistics Administrator supports the smooth and efficient movement of goods through the supply chain. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely coordination with suppliers and carriers, and effective communication across internal teams. The administrator plays a key part in maintaining operational accuracy, reducing delays, and supporting overall logistics performance.Essential Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities:Coordinate daily logistics operations including shipments, deliveries, collections, and returns.Prepare and manage documentation such as invoices, shipping notes, customs forms, and compliance records.Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any delays or discrepancies.Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to maintain accurate information flow.Support procurement activities by confirming order details, delivery schedulesHandle customer queries related to delivery status, product availability, and logistics issues.Assist with logistics reporting, including KPIs, cost tracking, and performance analysis.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costsExperience / Qualifications:Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency with logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel Advanced Level Required).
