Job summary

Pertemps Stoke on Trent is hiring two Transport Admin Clerks for a busy Stafford transport operation. These roles are ongoing with an immediate start, offering stable day-to-day administration support in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle data entry, driver paperwork, records, and liaise with drivers and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly. Shifts include 4 on/4 off (6:00am–2:00pm) or Monday–Friday 2:00pm–10:00pm.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience is essential.
• Transport/logistics administration experience is desirable.
• Confident communicating with drivers and colleagues.
• Good IT and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• General administration and data entry.
• Driver briefing and debriefing.
• Processing and checking driver paperwork.
• Maintaining accurate transport records.
• Key control and management.
• Supporting the transport team with day-to-day administration.
• Communicating with drivers and internal teams.
• Ensuring paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time.
