Job summary

Adecco is seeking an energetic Account Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of customer accounts in Lambourn. You will coordinate deliveries, liaise with warehouse teams, and monitor service levels to ensure outstanding customer service.

The role focuses on building strong client relationships, understanding products and processes, and driving efficient logistics day-to-day operations. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, fulfilment or supply chain.
• Experience managing customer or client accounts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of logistics operations and ability to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of customer accounts.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate deliveries and orders with warehouse and transport teams.
• Monitor service levels and operational performance.
• Produce reports and participate in meetings with customers.
• Investigate and resolve issues such as stock discrepancies and delays.
