Job description

O'Neill and Brennan are seeking an experienced Logistic Manager to collaborate with a Residential developer with whom they have a strong relationship.

The project is located near Richmond Park in West London and is expected to run for 2-3 years.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Logistics Manager on large-scale construction projects, preferably high-rise residential developments.
2. Experience working with a main contractor or developer.
3. Strong understanding of site logistics, traffic management, and material handling.
4. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
5. Valid CSCS card and relevant health & safety qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, or equivalent).
6. Ability to work closely with trades to ensure all processes run smoothly and on schedule.
7. Strong references.

The pay rate will be £260-£280 per day CIS.
