Qualifications

• Experience in loft insulation or retrofit works.
• Basic carpentry knowledge and attention to detail.
• Able to work safely in occupied homes and loft spaces.
• Good communication and customer service with residents.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Install loft insulation and related retrofit works in social housing.
• Prepare loft spaces and properties prior to installation.
• Work safely and to high-quality standards.
• Follow project specifications and health and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Complete job sheets and documentation.
