Job summary

CCS is seeking a Loft Insulation Installer to join our renewable energy team in the UK. You will install loft insulation, cavity wall insulation, and related fabric works, ensuring high-quality energy efficiency for residents. You will follow PAS 2035 and manufacturer guidelines, document work, liaise with clients, and maintain professionalism.

A clean UK driving licence and DBS check are required. This role offers stability and opportunities for career growth within CCS.

Qualifications

• General competence in insulation installation or hands-on trade experience.
• NVQ Level 2 loft installer preferred.
• Experience with building fabric and insulation works.
• Must hold a clean UK driving licence and DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Install loft insulation, cavity wall extraction/insulation, internal wall insulation and basic ventilation works.
• Conduct remedial and minor works before installations.
• Ensure installations comply with PAS 2035 and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain job time frames and CCS quality and safety standards.
• Stock company van with materials and ensure supplies are ready for installations.
• Engage with residents and clients, ensuring clear communication about ongoing works.
• Report changes or variations to work requirements to the administration team.
• Produce certificates and job sheets for completed works.
