Job summary

Logical Insulation Solutions is seeking a dedicated Loft Insulation Installer to perform insulation fitting in timber kit walls and loft spaces across Scotland. A valid CSCS Card, a one-day health and safety passport, and a full driving license are required.

You will report daily to Grangemouth HQ and undertake travel across mainland Scotland, with occasional overnight stays. The position offers a guaranteed £495 per week plus an uncapped production bonus (£150+ on targets).

Loft Insulation Installer

£495p/w plus uncapped bonus

Grangemouth - with travel across Scotland

We are seeking an Insulation Installer for construction-related fitting of insulation materials within timber kit walls and loft insulation.

Experience in insulation fitting is essential, along with a valid CSCS Card and one-day health and safety passport certificate.

A current full driving license is required.

Employees must report each morning and on completion of the shift to the company's HQ Yard facility in Grangemouth. Coverage of daily works ranges across mainland Scotland and on occasion may require overnight stays.

We offer a guaranteed weekly wage of £495p/w with production bonus of £150+ uncapped on performance for meeting achievable targets. There is potential to significantly increase weekly earnings with this bonus. On completion of the probationary period of three months, invitation to join the company pension scheme will be offered. Employment also offers 30 days Annual Holidays (which includes Stat Days). Christmas closure coincides with the Industry Shutdown over the period.
