Job summary

Max Energy is hiring an Insulation Installer (Experienced or Trainee) in the UK. You’ll install insulation into external walls and lofts, loading materials, and following the company install process. A full training programme is provided for all new employees, and you’ll complete paperwork via our in-house app on a tablet.

This is a full-time, on-site role with a 25-day annual leave allowance plus bank holidays, a quarterly bonus plan, and a pension. Driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Experience as an insulation installer or general construction preferred but no essential
• CSCS card required or willingness to obtain one
• A driving licence with less than 6 points
• Must be over 21 years of age for insurance purposes
• Physically fit for a manual role

Insulation Installer - Experienced or Trainee

Pay: £31,200.00-£45,000.00 per year

Max Energy are a supply and fit insulation installer working in the newbuild housing sector. With the Government looking to build 1.5 million new homes now is the time to join this expanding company. We have committed workloads for years to come from major housebuilders such as Taylor Wimpey, Barratt Redrow, Bellway and Vistry.

Do not worry if you have not installed insulation before as we have a full training programme for all new employees.

Requirements

• Experience as an insulation installer or general construction preferred but no essential
• Site Labouring/DIY experience would be an advantage
• CSCS card required or willingness to obtain one
• A degree of fitness is required as this is a manual role and can be physically demanding
• Full driving licence is required with less than 6 points
• Must be over 21 years of age for insurance purposes
